Child Safety Control with a Built-In 2K Camera

Bestkid MD12 combines parent-controlled indoor exit with a built-in 2K entryway camera. It keeps the Child Safety Mode found on MD11, while adding live video, recorded video history and real-time doorbell alerts in the Bestkid app.

Parents and caregivers can manage access, check door activity and choose the lock mode that fits the household’s daily routine.

How Child Safety Mode Works

Turn on Child Safety Mode in the app. A blue indicator on the interior lock shows when the mode is active.
Indoor exit requires a parent-set 4-digit PIN. Turning the inside thumbturn alone will not complete the unlock while this mode is enabled.
Authorized adults keep normal access. Parents and caregivers can continue to unlock from outside using fingerprint, anti-peep PIN, RFID card, Bluetooth app, built-in Wi-Fi remote access or an emergency key.

The key difference: MD12 keeps the parent-controlled indoor-exit feature of MD11 and adds a camera view of the entryway, so caregivers can combine access control with door-activity visibility.

Fingerprint recognition supports up to 100 profiles, 99.9% accuracy and approximately 0.5-second recognition. Authorized adults can also unlock with 20 anti-peep PIN codes, up to 100 RFID cards, Bluetooth app control, built-in Wi-Fi remote access or one of the two included emergency keys.
