Destinations and standard shipping
We accept eligible orders for the United States, Mexico, Germany and Japan. Availability is confirmed at checkout. Standard shipping to the United States and Mexico is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase or weight threshold. Available shipping methods, charges for other destinations and any taxes collected by the store are shown before payment.
Estimated delivery
- United States and Mexico: 4–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Germany and Japan: 7–13 business days after order confirmation.
These estimates include order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery may be delayed by customs, weather, carrier disruptions or address issues. Free shipping does not include any import taxes or duties not collected at checkout.
