  • Hold the button on the back of the child lock for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes blue
  • The app auto-discovers and pairs (Bluetooth on, stay within 1 metre)
One account can manage up to 10 child lock devices β€” shareable with family members.
Two ways to adjust:
  • Touch: Tap the top to cycle colours (warm white β†’ amber β†’ moonlight blue β†’ rainbow); long-press to adjust brightness
  • App: Set schedules, sleep mode and white noise in the Bestkid app
Recommended bedtime: amber at 20% brightness β€” supports melatonin production for easier sleep.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page β†’ enter your registered email or phone β†’ enter the verification code β†’ set a new password. Takes about 2 minutes.

If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact us with your purchase history to verify identity.
