Return Policy
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped or produced for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact our customer service team before sending any return to confirm the correct return address.
Non-Returnable Items Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items received), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged under any circumstances.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
